SchoolPassport.com will not sell or distribute any student information to any entity.
In addition, student data will not be used for any purposes other than account
authentication unless permission is granted from both parents and School District.
Student data - is available only to accounts that have been verified. Transmissions
from SchoolPassport.com to individual school systems are also secure.
Credit Card Information - No credit card information is currently stored by the
system once the transaction has been completed.
Contact Information - will not be distributed for marketing purposes outside of
SchoolPassport.com. All users maintain an option for the SchoolPassport.com mailing
list.

SchoolPassport.com maintains the highest levels of data security. No student or
account information is made available at any time, unless the account has been
verified. In addition, SchoolPassport.com will not sell or distribute any student

SchoolPassport.com is protected by a Certified 128 bit SSL Certificate. The
security certificate provides data encryption communication between the Website
and the parent's browser for any transaction placed on the site.
All data transactions including: credit card transactions, data exchange (student
info, balances, etc.) and reporting are secured through the security certificate
noted above.
SchoolPassport.com resides on Windows based servers utilizing the latest in
Internet security technologies. The servers are protected by firewall technology to
deter intrusion. All systems are fully owned, operated and managed by iMod Inc. in
a secure, redundant facility.
Refunds
All Refunds for Lunch Pre-Payment/Deposits and all other fees will be provided by
the School District directly. NOTE: SchoolPassport.com will not provide any
refunds of service or Pre-Payments.
